All student ministry staff
We know that the world needs change. From all the people in the world, 17% are students who need the gospel. They are an important category of society because all 100% of them are our future: they are future doctors who will save us from future viruses;) teachers, and of course, parents who directly invest in a new generation. And we, in the period of student life, will help them find the true meaning of life in Christ, then they will also invest in the next generation.

How do we work? We have a strategy, and it includes three important steps:

WIN

The firs one is win. This step it's about sharing the Gospel with students. We share the Gospel both one-on-one and with groups.

One-on-one:

  • We are sharing the Gospel in campuses and dormitories.
  • During the pandemic we are sharing the Gospel in the parks.

With groups:

  • Coffee Friends project - We are meeting with students weekly, we are discussing on different topics, we have different games and this is a great atmosphere to develop relationships with them and to share the Gospel.
  • Who am I? - we offering students two meetings when we are helping them to understand more about their identity. At the end we are telling them that the right identity is in God who created us.
  • Other projects - Men's club, Camping. hiking, summer project, seminaries etc.

BUILD

This second step it's about discipleship.

We approach students interested in Christianity and those who already are Christians. Those who accepted Christ go through personal discipleship lessons to have firm foundation of their faith. We help them to grow in their relationship with the Lord, and we train them how to share the Gospel and make own disciples.

SEND

This third step it's about challenging our volunteers to serve Jesus by making their disciples. So, we challenge them to transmit what they have learned to other students.

Or volunteers are involved in our projects also, like summer camp, Coffee Friends, seminaries etc. The same they are involved in mission trips. Usually we are doing mission trips one/two times per year. In this period they can try the life of a missionary for a certain period. We had already a few mission trips in Russia, Belarus, Romania, Poland, India. So, this was possible because we know two languages very well: Romanian and Russian. And of course English like a third language. We are a small country but we can be a blessing for countries around us.
